Every single person is different and there is no way of knowing the exact amount of fat which will be lost and in turn a specific number. If your goal is weight/fat loss, and you exercise correctly/regularly and eat sensibly, your body will give up fat faster than before whilst maintaining and increasing in muscle mass and as a result of this you will look amazing and feel great.
