Hip Thrust With Dumbbells

Step 1 Sit next to a bench with your upper back rested against it, back straight. Place your feet flat on the floor a little way in front of you, feet at hip width.

Step 2 Place a dumbell in the crease of your hip, and drive through your feet, squeezing your glutes hard.

Step 3 Return to the starting position and repeat.
