Kettlebell Side Crunch

Step 1 Avoid leaning forwards or backwards. Bend at the waist and slide the kettlebell down the side of your body.

Step 2 Exhale as you lift back to the start position and draw in your navel .

Step 3 Keep the shoulders relaxed and have the feet hip distance apart.
