Kettlebell Side Swing

Step 1 Stand with feet shoulder width apart and kettlebell in front of hips with straight arms.

Step 2 Whilst keeping arms straight, turn to the side, raise and swing  arms above head.

Step 3 Exhale as you lift the kettlebell, and inhale as you lower it.
