Medicine Ball Squat Jump

Step 1 Stand tall with your feet just outside of hip width, and toes pointed out. Chest up. Hold a medicine ball in front of you.

Step 2 Lower into a full squat and touch the ball to the floor - chest up at all time!.

Step 3 Drive through your heels and swing the ball upwards, using the momentum to jump as high as you can.
