Single Leg Kettlebell Stiff Leg Deadlift
Step 1 Stand tall with your weight in your heels and chest up. Place a kettlebell on the floor between your feet.
Step 2 Keeping your chest up, lift one leg slightly behind you. Soften your other knee then push your hips back and chin forward. Grab the kettlebell with one hand.
Step 3 Stand by driving through your heel and squeezing your glutes.
