TRX Reach & Twist

Step 1 Start with the feet underneath the handles, with a wide stance, and lean back, with the arms straight and chest lifted.

Step 2 Descend to a squat position, releasing one hand from the TRX and reaching to the floor behind you while rotating the upper body.

Step 3 As you return to standing and lengthen the legs, with the same hand, reach up towards the TRX anchor point and rotate at the waist.
