TRX Side Bend

Step 1 Start with your body in a diagonal line, with your hands directly above your head and have the abdominals drawn in.

Step 2 Lean the hips away from the anchor point as you inhale, keeping the arms above the head throughout.

Step 3 Exhale and press the hips into their original position. Keep the glutes and abdominals engaged throughout.
