V-bar Cable Reverse Lunge

Step 1 Stand tall with the v bar in each hand and chest up.

Step 2 Lunge your right foot around 3 feet backwards, heel raised. Under control, slowly lower, then drive through both feet evenly and return to standing.

Step 3 Repeat with the other leg.
