V-bar Cable Squat Row

Step 1 Set the cable system to chest height and use the v-bar attachment. Stand facing it with your chest up and weight in your heels, feet hip-width apart and toes pointing slightly outwards. Grab the handles with extended arms.

Step 2 Descend to a full squat.

Step 3 Return to the starting position and repeat.
