- 2 Minute Microwave Wholegrain Rice
- Medium Curry Powder
- Tinned Garden Peas (Small Tin)
- Fresh Chilli
- Cooked Salmon
- Pink Saly and Pepper
Microwave the rice for 2 minutes and add half/two-thirds the packet to a large bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of curry powder to the rice.
Drain water from peas and then add half the tin
Slice the chilli and add to the dish.
Take 1 salmon fillet, remove any skin, break up and add to the dish
Now mix the ingredients currently in the bowl.
Poach 2 eggs and place on top, add season to taste and serve.
