Subtraction Take Two

Starting with 4 different exercises you are going to perform each for 30 seconds. Each time you repeat a set Katie is going to remove an exercise until you have none left. Workout complete!

Fit in 30

In this workout you are going to work for 30 seconds with 10 seconds rest between each set. This is completed using 6 great toning exercise for 4 rounds, all lead by Katie who will motivate and encourage you along the way.

Extra Energy

Katie has paired up exercise that you're going to perform back to back for 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest in between. Each time you perform the exercise Katie is looking for you to give it some extra effort and push even harder.

Subtraction

In this workout Katie starts by leading you through 4 exercises for 30 seconds each. After each round you will rest for 30 seconds then repeat removing 1 exercise each time. With every round make sure you push a little more knowing you have less work time.

SuperSets

Following a 5 minute warm up, this workout has you working for 60 seconds and resting for 30 seconds. The 60 second work period is split between 2 exercises. The workout features some serious sculpting exercises.

Training Trio

Following a 5 minute warm up, this workout gets straight down to business, performing each exercise for 45 seconds followed by a 15 second rest in-between. The first 3 exercises focus on toning the thighs and shaping the butt! The second block of 3 exercises will shape the shoulders and banish the bingo wings! The final block of 3 exercises is all about the abs!
