International Fitness Model & Athlete and mum of 2, Kelly is an Optimum Nutrition Athlete and co-author of The Fit Mummy Manual. She is a writer for www.bodybuilding.com and several New Zealand Fitness Magazines. She is a regular cover-girl for leading fitness publications and specialises in pre and post natal expert and has helped women all over the world get back in shape post-baby with her Busy Mum's Fitness programme.
