Following a 5 minute warm up, this workout gets straight down to business, performing each exercise for 45 seconds followed by a 15 second rest in-between. The first 3 exercises focus on toning the thighs and shaping the butt! The second block of 3 exercises will shape the shoulders and banish the bingo wings! The final block of 3 exercises is all about the abs!
