Band Oblique Twist
Step 1Â Attach one end your Band to a fixed position at about waist height.
Step 2 Stand to one side of the band, feet shoulder-width apart, and grasp the free end of the band with both hands.
Step 3Â Extend your arms in front of your chest with your knees slightly bent and toes facing straight ahead.
Step 4 Squeeze your abs and obliques and rotate your head, torso and arms.
Step 5Â Slowly rotate your body back to the starting position.
