Band Oblique Twist
Step 1 Attach one end your Band to a fixed position at about waist height.
Step 2 Stand to one side of the band, feet shoulder-width apart, and grasp the free end of the band with both hands.
Step 3 Extend your arms in front of your chest with your knees slightly bent and toes facing straight ahead.
Step 4 Squeeze your abs and obliques and rotate your head, torso and arms.
Step 5 Slowly rotate your body back to the starting position.
Primary muscles targeted are the Obliques.
