Band Split Squat & Press
Step 1 Stand tall with left foot in front, and right foot around 3-4 feet behind. Have the handles of the band in each hand and band under foot. Keep your feet parallel.
Step 2 Lower down under control until your knee is 1-2 inches from the floor. Keep body upright and weight evenly distributed between both feet.
Step 3 Return to the starting position and proceed to press the resistance of the band above your head.
