Band Stiff Leg Deadlift

Step 1 Stand tall with your weight in your heels and chest up. Hold the band handles in each hand and stand on the middle of the band.

Step 2 Keep chest up, soften your knees then push your hips back and chin forward. Keep the handles close to you, lower until you feel a big stretch in your hamstrings.

Step 3 Drive through your heel and stand tall, squeezing your glutes.
