Band Upwards Oblique Twist

Step 1 Attach one end your Band to a fixed position at floor level or place one end of the band under your foot.

Step 2 Stand to one side of the band, feet shoulder-width apart,  and grasp the free end of the band with both hands.

Step 3 Extend your arms and rotate your torso so your arms are facing down towards the band.

Step 4 Squeeze your abs and obliques and rotate your head, torso and arms upwards to the opposite side of your body.

Step 5 Slowly rotate your body back to the starting position.

Primary muscles targeted are the Obliques.
