Jump Squat

Step 1- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. This will be the starting position for this exercise.

Step 2- Start by doing a regular squat movement, when you get into the squat position engage your core and jump up explosively.

Step 3- When you land, lower your body back into the squat position to complete one rep. Land as quietly as possible, which requires control.
