Knee Plank Arm Raise

Step 1 Start in a kneeling plank position with the hands under the shoulders.

Step 2 Raise on of the arms forwards and upwards, leaving the other arm as support.

Step 3 Slowly return the arm. Draw your navel in as you exhale. Keep the body still throughout.
