Medicine Ball Curtsey Lunge

Step 1 Stand tall, chest up and weight in heels. Hold a medicine ball in both hands, arms close to the body.

Step 2 Move your right foot back and cross it over behind your left leg into a ‘curtsy’.

Step 3 Lower into a full lunge with your weight evenly. tributed between both legs.
