Medicine Ball Single Leg Bridge

Step 1 Lie on your back with the soles of your feet flat on the floor, toes pointed slightly out and feet hip width. Hold a medicine ball above your chest and lift one knee up.

Step 2 Keeping your back flat, press through your heel and squeeze your glutes as hard as you can, then lower back down to the starting position.
