Medicine Ball Split Squat to High Kick
Step 1 Stand with one foot in front of the other, at hip width and parallel. Hold the medicine ball above your head.
Step 2 Keep chest up, soften your knees then push your hips back and chin forward. Keep the kettlebell close to you, lower until you feel a big stretch in your hamstrings.
Step 3 Drive upwards and as your legs straighten, kick your rear foot in front of you. Return to a standing position, feet together.
