Medicine Ball Split Squat with Twist

Step 1 Lower to a full lunge, with your medicine ball above your head and arms straight. Make sure your torso os bolt upright.

Step 2 Rotate and touch the ball to the floor, on the opposite side to your front leg, then return to the starting position. (Alternate legs each round/set)
