Plank Stride

Step 1 Have the hands directly under your shoulders and  the arms fully extented. Maintain a long, diagonal line from your head to your heels.

Step 2 Bring one foot up to shoulder level and keep the other in the straight plank position.

Step 3 Draw in your navel and breathe regularly. Hold this for a second then return back to plank.
