Plank Twist Kickback

Step 1 Start off in the plank position, making sure that the hips are not raised too high, or too low. 

Step 2 Pivot at one forearm, and raise the opposite arm upwards, twisting the obliques on the opposite side. Then kick back from the heel squeezing the glutes.

Step 3 Alternate and do the same on the other side.
