Step 1 Start in a kneeling plank position with the hands under the shoulders.

Step 2 Proceed to do a push up, when returned to fulled extended arms. Drive one elbow up towards the ceiling, squeezing the shoulder blades together.

Step 3 Place the hand back on the floor underneath the shoulder and repeat with the other arm.
