Side Leg Raise

Step 1 Lie on your side with legs on top of one another, head raised, and arm flat on the floor with the other hand on your head.

Step 2  Squeeze legs together and lift them off the floor, aim to get your elbow to touch your leg by crunching at the obliques.

Step 3  Hold for a breath, return to start.
