Single Arm Toe Touch
Step 1 Have the lower back down to the floor and keep it in this position throughout. Raise one leg so they’re fully extented making the body 90 degress.
Step 2 Exhale as you lift your head and shoulder blades from the floor and draw in your navel at the same time. Aim with your oppisit hand to touch your foot/ toes.
Step 3 Squeeze the core throughout.
