Sitting Knee Raise

Step 1 Start by sitting down on the floor, straighten out your legs, keeping your feet just off the floor. Keep your arms behind you to keep to sitting up.

Step 2 Bend at the knees and bring your legs towards your belly. Do not let your feet touch the floor throughout.

Step 3 Hold it and then slowly return to the starting position.
