Step 1 Set the pulley to chest height, stagger your stance and keep your core engaged.

Step 2 Perform alternating style chest press, keep slight bend the elbows making sure to squeeze through the chest each side.

Step 3 Keep the core engaged throughout and exhale as your press and lengthen the arms.
