TRX Mountain Climbers

Step 1Ā Start in a push-up position with your hands under your shoulders, your feet in theĀ TRXĀ straps and one leg pulled up to your chest.

Step 2Ā Alternate between legs and pull your knees up towards your chest squeezing the abs throughout.

Step 3Ā Perform the recommended number of repetitions.
