Step 1Â Start with the feet underneath the handles, with a wide stance, and lean back, with the arms straight and chest lifted.
Step 2Â Descend to a squat position, releasing one hand from the TRX and reaching to the floor behind you while rotating the upper body.
Step 3Â As you return to standing and lengthen the legs, with the same hand, reach up towards the TRX anchor point and rotate at the waist.
