TRX Side Lunge

Step 1 Stand tall with your weight in your heels, chest up and hands gripped around each handle of the TRX.

Step 2 Lunge your right foot to the right side of you, keeping your chest up and hands gripped to the handles..

Step 3 Return to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
