TRX Side Plank

Step 1  Place your feet in the straps.

Step 2 Next, assume a side plank position. Resting your weight on your elbow and forearm.

Step 3  Your feet should be in a line with the back foot touching the heel. Hold for the desired time and repeat on the opposite side.
