TRX Split Squat

Step 1 Stand tall with your left foot in front, and right foot around 3-4 feet behind you with it through the handle resting. Keep your feet parallel.

Step 2 Lower down under control until your knee is 1-2 inches from the floor. Keep your body upright and your weight evenly distributed between both feet.

Step 3 Return to the starting position.
