TRX Squat Jump
Step 1 Stand with your chest up, weight in your heels, feet hip-width apart and toes pointing slightly outwards. Hold a handle of the TRX in each hand.
Step 2 Keeping your chest up, brace your core. Push your hips back as if sitting in a chair, then descend into a full squat
Step 3 Drive through heels and jump as high as you can.
