- 1 ripe mango, peeled and stone removed
- 100g ripe strawberries, hulled and cut in half
- 2 tbsp plain soya yogurt
- Juice of ½ lime
- 250ml rice milk
- 2 ice cubes
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
Serve immediately, over ice.
If you don’t have any ice cubes, put the lassi in the fridge to chill a bit before serving.
