Workout Details

The fit in 50 workout has you working for 50 seconds followed by 10 seconds rest. This short rest period keeps your burning the maximum amount of fat for the duration of the workout. Kate has combined exercises that work the large muscle groups of the body together burning lots of calories and body fat.

Workout Structure

50 seconds work/10 seconds rest x 3

• Mobility Warm Up
• Plank Lunge, Elbow and Twist
