Maria was introduced to Yoga back in 1997 whilst living in Florida. It was here that she began studying several different styles of Yoga such as Iyengar and Ashtanga. A restorative Yoga practise followed by a short Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) to fully unwind and relax the senses. Suitable for beginners, can be used as an aid to sleep ideally practised before bedtime.
